	REDUCING SODIUM CHLORIDE LEVELS IN WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT EFFLUENT - EVERYONE'S HELP IS NEEDED
WWTP sodium chloride effluent levels need to be reduced in Hamburg Township to bring levels in accordance with MDEQ requirements. Everyone's help is needed to achieve this critical goal.

INTERIM HAMBURG TOWNSHIP CLERK

At its Special Meeting at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 20, 2009, the Hamburg Township Board of Trustees selected Jim Nielson as the new Interim Clerk. He will serve until a new Clerk is elected by Hamburg voters on February 23, 2010. Mr. Nielson has not yet appointed a new Deputy Clerk.

	LEAVES AND YARD WASTE BURNING PERIOD ENDS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH
Property owners in Hamburg Township may burn leaves, branches and yard waste during the fall months of October and November, from sunrise to sunset. View Ordinance 40-E, the "Burning Ordinance" for complete details. Monday, November 30th at sunset ends the 2009 Fall Burning Period.
